John leads our building services team in Manchester and
is responsible for the development of our Leeds- and Birmingham-based building services provision.

For more than 30 years, John has worked on national and international projects across a comprehensive range of sectors. Particular areas of expertise include education, commercial — offices, hotels and retail — and healthcare, where he has worked both as a consulting engineer and for the health authority.

Low-energy and sustainable building services design is a specific strength. John's long-term and specialist knowledge of the field includes the early development of CHP systems in association with the University of Manchester. He remains committed to innovation in this area, particularly through holistic team-working
in the design of buildings.

John is a registered BREEAM Assessor.
