SPONSORSHIP
Ramboll Whitbybird offers sponsorship to a small number of exceptional UK engineering students each year.
We sponsor both civil/structural and electrical/mechanical engineering students, either for the duration of their degree course or for a shorter period.
Most sponsored students come and work for us during the holidays, and are usually offered jobs on graduation.

James' story ....
"Sponsorship gives you the opportunity to do some really in-depth summer-time work while at university. After university you can get straight down to work and you get responsibility very quickly — you're already a member of the team."
James, 27, came to Ramboll Whitbybird eight years ago for work experience in his gap year between school and university. Engineering was new to him but he was impressed by the enthusiasm he found and the confidence shown in his abilities. When we offered to sponsor his degree, he jumped at the chance. Now he is a design engineer, running multi-million pound projects for us.
"Ramboll Whitbybird is a very personable place to work. Everybody
is treated as an individual."
